You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute
You will:
Support leadership team on communication topics, drive internal communication agenda, adapt global initiatives locally.
Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings, organize initiatives as needed.
Administer company documents, office supply management, provide support for managers and other stakeholders.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Higher education in communication, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar position.
Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
A passion for communication.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Fluency in English.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 2.500 € gross plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
