As a high-performing enterprise sales professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale AI transformation programs, you bring deep commercial expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire executive decision-makers.

You have a strong track record of leading enterprise customers through AI and digital transformation journeys within industries such as manufacturing, energy, or consumer goods - unlocking operational efficiency, accelerating innovation, and delivering measurable business impact at scale.

As the Strategic Sales Specialist – AI Transformation, you will lead some of Microsoft’s most ambitious customer partnerships across EMEA. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for commercially minded sales professionals who excel at driving momentum, aligning C-level stakeholders, and securing long-term commitments that anchor Microsoft as the customer’s strategic partner for AI-led transformation.

You will operate at the frontlines of innovation—partnering with global customers to co-create their AI transformation roadmap, supported by Microsoft’s industry-leading AI, Data, and Cloud platform and technical teams. Your role is to convert opportunity into action, vision into investment, and strategy into scalable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic AI Partnerships that drive enterprise-scale AI transformation for Microsoft’s most important industry customers across EMEA.
  • Industry Transformation Leader - Leads enterprise-level AI transformation in manufacturing, energy, or consumer goods, aligning customer vision with a strategic technology roadmap that unlocks competitive advantage and business impact.
  • Inspire and Align Senior Decision Makers by articulating a bold, customer-centric transformation vision rooted in operational priorities and P&L outcomes.
  • Create Executive Momentum through impactful customer engagements including transformation workshops, C-level briefings, and tailored strategy sessions.
  • Orchestrate Complex Sales Motions across internal Microsoft teams (Strategic Partnerships, Industry, ATU, STU) and external industry partners to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Drive Scalable Execution by collaborating with ISE, ISD, and field teams to ensure robust planning, customer validation, and phased rollout of transformation programs.
  • Anchor Business Value by focusing on outcomes that drive efficiency gains, new revenue, and innovation at scale across the customer’s operations.
  • Showcase Success through strategic PR, customer references, and transformation storytelling that highlights Microsoft’s leadership in Industry AI.
  • Deliver Results through accurate forecasting, disciplined deal progression, and ongoing customer engagement that sustains long-term impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic consulting, or business development within manufacturing, energy, CPG, or related industries.
  • Proven success in selling large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology transformation programs.
  • Understanding of AI and digital technologies — and how to align those at a strategic level to industry priorities.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to lead high-stakes conversations and influence at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, technical specialists, partners, and customer teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, strategic framing, and persuasive presentations.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for driving real-world impact through technology.
