Job Description

Overview

As an AI Business Process Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end business transformation for some of our most strategic Higher Education customers. You bring extensive experience in managing complex, high-value relationships within the public safety and national security sector and have a proven track record of leading large-scale, transformational sales engagements. With a strong background in navigating senior stakeholder environments across both business and IT, you also bring well-established networks with a familiarity in selling AI, CRM, ERP, and Low Code platforms. You excel at orchestrating across internal teams, partners, and services organizations to provide integrated solutions, while navigating government budget cycles to achieve mutually beneficial results in complex, matrixed environments.



Responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesDrive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within Public Sector customers.

Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.

Engage with complex customer environments and guide them through decision frameworks and evaluation plans.

Prioritize driving AI Transformation in industryAlign customer conversations with business outcomes utilizing Business Value and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to build business case.

Craft and negotiate terms for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning.

Leverage strong existing relationships within the Higher Education sector to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, cloud, or digital transformation.

Experience with selling CRM and/or ERP applications including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce and an understanding of how they translate into business impact and value

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.

Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft’s cloud platform, as well as competitors and related ecosystems.

Industry expertise UK Government, processes, procurement and framework
