Overview

Microsoft is delivering AI for all with Microsoft 365 Copilot, your new AI assistant. You will work directly with enterprise customers to help them unlock the value of AI across their organization, along with the entire Microsoft 365 platform and Surface devices. In the Modern Work Customer Success Unit in the UK, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end Modern Work thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes.

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with expertise in enabling and deploying Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling customers to accelerate their AI transformation through AI Business Solutions on the Microsoft platform. A key focus of this role is driving Adoption and Change Management (ACM) to ensure customers not only deploy Copilot technologies effectively, but also embed them into their workflows to realise long-term value.

As a CSA, you will lead key relationships with customers, guiding them to maximise the value of their Microsoft investments through solution architecture, implementation support, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Centricity​
    • Customer Satisfaction – Champion customer success by driving positive outcomes and becoming a trusted advisor for Copilot adoption and value realisation.
    • Customer/Partner Insights – Capture and share feedback from customers and partners to inform ACM strategies and Copilot deployment approaches.
    • Voice of the Customer – Act as the customer advocate, sharing insights and best practices with Microsoft’s Copilot engineering, product, and global AI teams to remove blockers and influence roadmap direction.
  • Business Impact​
    • Leverage deep knowledge of Copilot capabilities and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities aligned with customer needs and ACM maturity.
    • Partner with Customer Success Account Managers and account teams to drive Copilot consumption through operational excellence, performance efficiency, and secure deployment.
    • Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimisation that result in production-ready Copilot solutions and increased usage.
    • Provide thought leadership in Copilot solution design and ACM planning, supporting customers through implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes and deliver on Microsoft’s Customer Promise.
  • Technical and Adoption Leadership ​
    • Proactively develop and maintain a learning plan focused on Copilot technologies and ACM methodologies, with support from your manager.
    • Mentor and coach peers on technical and non-technical aspects of Copilot and ACM, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
    • Share strategic insights and technical guidance across internal communities and virtual teams, using deep knowledge of Copilot and its role in the AI Business Solutions landscape.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND demonstrable years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent industry experience.

  • Business Value: The ability to convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy
  • Trusted Advisership: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
    • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to "read the room."
    • Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said
  • Breadth of experience and knowledge in foundational AI, architecture design, with depth / Subject Matter Expertise in Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat and Copilot Agents from an Adoption and Change Management (ACM) perspective.
