What you'll bring to the team
We’re looking for a Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager – APAC to play a pivotal role in driving demand, revenue, and brand growth across our SEA LIFE cluster.
About the Role
As Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns that inspire guests and deliver commercial results across the APAC SEA LIFE cluster.
Working within a lean Go-To-Market team alongside PR, and supported by Global Centres of Excellence (Marketing, Brand, Insights, Consumer Proposition), you’ll balance creativity with performance, global strategy with local relevance, and brand storytelling with measurable ROI.
This is a highly collaborative, matrix role suited to a passionate, commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within entertainment, tourism, hospitality, or retail
Proven success delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong commercial acumen with clear experience demonstrating marketing ROI
Confident working in complex, matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset, using data and insights to shape strategy
Experience managing budgets and agencies
A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
