Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Team Overview:

  • Sitting in the global Integrated Marketing organization, this team’s core focus is to drive strategic alignment and planning across regions, ensuring global marketing priorities are translated into actionable regional strategies and frameworks. By strengthening collaboration between global marketing strategy and regional field activation, the team enables regions and MUs to more easily adopt and execute global initiatives in ways that resonate locally.
  • The result is a more connected and consistent customer journey — from global campaign engines through to local field engagement — creating a unified experience across all touchpoints.

The Role:

This role is responsible for translating global marketing strategy into scalable, high‑impact APAC execution. Acting as a strategic bridge between global and regional teams, the role ensures marketing operates as a unified, customer‑centric engine—balancing standardization with regional relevance to drive growth, efficiency, and alignment across the Japan, ANZ, SEA & Korea Market Units.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate global marketing priorities, strategies, and frameworks into cohesive, actionable regional plans, ensuring alignment across solutions and into specific APAC MUs.
  • Drive an integrated end‑to‑end customer journey by aligning digital and field marketing motions through experience mapping, eliminating fragmented or disconnected execution.
  • Define and govern what should be standardized globally versus localized regionally, simplifying processes while maintaining regional relevance, regulatory compliance, and market nuance.
  • Shape customer coverage models, Market Unit tiering, and investment focus to align marketing effort with priority segments and enable efficient regional scale.
  • Establish and continuously optimize consistent planning, performance management, and governance cadences to enable transparent decision‑making and cross‑regional accountability.
  • Ensure local marketing execution adheres to agreed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), data standards, and tagging frameworks so activities integrate seamlessly into global demand generation and nurture engines.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to global marketing, regional leadership, field marketing, and partner teams, driving clarity, alignment, and reduced friction from global strategy through regional execution.
  • Identify, codify, and scale successful regional approaches, best practices, and execution models across the broader marketing organization.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing leadership to evolve processes, frameworks, and ways of working based on market insights, performance data, and external best practices.

Experience and Skillset:

  • 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital channels and/or field execution.
  • Proven expertise orchestrating cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with digital demand generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and articulate marketing impact.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear action.
  • High adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
