What you'll bring to the team

The Finance Business Partner – Revenue plays a key role in supporting business growth across the North America region by providing financial insight and strategic partnership to senior stakeholders. This role focuses on driving gross profit performance, enabling data-informed decision-making, and advancing revenue excellence through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Acting as a strategic link between regional growth teams, attraction teams, central functions, and Finance, the position balances day-to-day operational support with long-term planning to help achieve business objectives and enhance the guest experience.

The position is open to candidates located near our Florida or California attractions.

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial advice to senior leadership to guide business strategy, decision-making, and long-term planning.

  • Lead and support financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with central functions and overall business objectives.

  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend reporting, scenario modeling, and performance tracking.

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support revenue planning and decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide insights on pricing, profitability, investment decisions, and revenue growth opportunities.

  • Drive revenue and gross profit (GP) performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating them into actionable recommendations.

  • Monitor budget performance, proactively addressing variances and ensuring effective cost control.

  • Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives, particularly within COGS, to maximize GP margin and ROI.

  • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices while adapting to local requirements.

  • Address complex financial queries from senior leaders and operational teams with clarity and insight.

  • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful reports and presentations on financial performance and key business drivers.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency across finance operations.

  • Champion best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong commercial finance experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, ideally within the hospitality or a related industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

  • Proactive, commercially minded approach with strong business acumen.

  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities.
