What you'll bring to the team

A LEGOLAND® Operations Controller ensures the Resort runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently each day. Acting as the central communication hub, this role monitors real-time park operations, coordinates between departments, and supports teams to deliver an awesome, seamless guest experience — built one brick at a time.

The ideal candidate offers a strong foundation in data entry, documentation, or administrative workflow management (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel), paired with exceptional attention to detail and reliability.

Availability to work a Friday through Tuesday schedule is essential.

Core Responsibilities

1. Real‑Time Monitoring & Coordination

  • Track operational activity, schedules, staffing, and performance metrics.
  • Identify issues or deviations and take corrective action quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.

2. Communication Hub

  • Relay critical information between teams (operations, maintenance, leadership, vendors).
  • Provide updates, alerts, and status reports.
  • Escalate urgent issues and coordinate responses.

3. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution

  • Diagnose disruptions or inefficiencies in operations.
  • Deploy resources or adjust workflows to resolve issues.
  • Maintain service continuity and minimize downtime.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Record incidents, operational changes, and performance metrics.
  • Produce shift reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze trends to support planning, forecasting, and process improvement.

5. Process & Performance Optimization

  • Recommend improvements to procedures, staffing, or technology.
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Overall Goal

An Operations Controller ensures the day‑to‑day operational heartbeat of the organization stays stable, responsive, and efficient — preventing small issues from becoming major disruptions.
