This is a full-time course which will run for around 3.5 years, starting in August 2026.

In this role, you will gain an understanding of:

  • Has the right attitude towards work and learning.
  • Is 18 or over before August 2025 and already completed their GCSE examinations.
  • Lived in England for over 3 years.
  • Not in full-time education.

This is an active role that requires:

  • A hands-on approach and physical capability, as you will be involved in manual handling and carrying out physically demanding tasks in various environments.
  • You will need to be comfortable working at heights, always following strict safety procedures.
  • Working outdoors, year-round in a variety of weather.
  • Setting high standards and prioritising health and safety at all times.
