We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner – Gateway London to join our Finance team at for our Gateway attractions in London. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll bring financial insight to life, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, drive performance and support smart, confident decision making across the business.

You’ll connect the dots between numbers and experience, helping our teams make the most of every opportunity while keeping a clear view on the bigger picture. From planning and forecasting to performance insight and innovation, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver for our guests and grow for the future.

Reporting to the Finance Director Attractions, you will join a team of 30,000 extraordinary teammates where success is a team sport and play leads the way.

What you will be doing

You will partner with senior leaders across Gateway London, providing clear financial insight to support strategy and decision making.

You’ll commercial review of tactical and strategic investments, lead forecasting, ensuring plans are aligned, robust and built for performance.

• You will deliver high-quality analysis, turning data into meaningful insight that drives action.
• From pricing to profitability, you will support commercial decisions that unlock growth and efficiency.
• You will build strong relationships across teams, acting as a trusted partner to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• You will champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reporting and ways of working.
• You will monitor performance, spotting trends, risks and opportunities and helping teams respond with clarity and pace.
• You will be a key link between Gateway London leadership, regional teams and our centres of excellence. When things get complex, you bring focus, structure and a way forward.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in London.

Qualifications & Experience

You’re a confident and curious finance leader who enjoys working at pace and close to the business. You know how to turn insight into action and build strong partnerships that make a difference.

You should also bring:

• A professional qualification, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in finance business partnering within a complex organisation.
• A solid background in commercial finance (Demand or Supply), financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• A collaborative approach, building relationships that bring people together and move things forward.
• A proactive mindset, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
