Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager - UK South
Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are recruiting a Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager to develop and deliver integrated, data-driven marketing strategies that drive consumer demand, achieve revenue targets, enhance guest experience, and maximise marketing ROI.
You will work within a Go-to-Market team alongside performance marketing, social, PR, CRM, and partnerships, supported by regional specialists and a Global Marketing Centre of Excellence providing strategy, expertise, and best-practice frameworks.
You will help shape cluster marketing strategy (led by the Head of Marketing), ensuring alignment with business goals and a strong, consistent brand presence. You will lead integrated campaign planning and execution, developing insight-led creative and adapting global activity for local markets. Working closely with Global Brand, you will ensure consistent messaging and brand delivery.
Success in this role depends on strong cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and agencies, including Global Insights & Strategy, Finance, and wider Growth teams, to deliver fully integrated marketing.
With a strong focus on customer insight and data, you will use market trends and performance analysis to inform and optimise activity. You will also partner with the GTM Director to deliver localised marketing plans that maximise impact.
You will lead and develop team members where applicable, manage the cluster marketing budget, and provide clear reporting and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience working within complex organizations and collaborating with different teams, balancing priorities.
- Leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and developing people, directly or indirectly.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating marketing ROI. Robust commercial understanding in particular the role marketing plays in business performance.
- A passion for the entertainment and tourism industry, with a customer-first approach to marketing.
