Marketing Manager
Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead innovative, data-driven campaigns for our cluster. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing initiatives for our 8 UK south attractions (including the London Eye, LEGOLAND Windsor & SEA LIFE) across media, creative and owned channels – creating engaging experiences that drive consumer demand and revenue growth.
As a key member of our Go-to-Market team, you will collaborate closely with specialists across performance marketing, social media, PR, and membership & loyalty, with additional support from regional SEO/GEO, Consumer Proposition, and Indirect Sales teams. You will adapt global campaigns for local markets, ensuring relevance and consistent brand messaging, while coordinating with cross-functional partners and external agencies to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns.
By leveraging customer insights, market trends, and analytics, you will continuously optimise campaigns, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that maximise ROI. This role requires a commercial focus, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for delivering marketing that engages, inspires, and delivers measurable results.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels – with an emphasis on media & creative
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and paid media channels
- Creative acumen, with proven experience in writing briefs, evaluating creative output, and delivering campaign collateral
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Commercial understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance.
- A passion for entertainment and tourism, with a customer-first approach to marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and partner effectively across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
