Strategy Manager

Location: London, Arbor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

As a Strategy Manager, you will support key strategic initiatives through analysis, research, and high-quality presentation development. Working closely with senior team members, you will help analyse market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer insights, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.

You will assist in developing business cases and financial models to evaluate opportunities, while supporting the planning and delivery of strategic projects through research and data gathering. The role also involves contributing to change management efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting communication, and gathering feedback to build alignment.

In addition, you will help drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance strategic frameworks, processes, and tools. Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity will be important in identifying risks and opportunities.

A key part of the role is creating clear, visually engaging presentations to communicate insights and recommendations, ensuring consistency in messaging while continuously improving quality through feedback and best practice.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in a consultancy firm or in-house strategy teams
  • Exposure to strategic planning, business analysis, or project management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal ability
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of statistical software is a plus
  • Genuine interest in the entertainment industry and motivation to contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
