People Leadership:
Direct line management of Reliability Engineers, Planning Engineers and storeroom & Systems coordinator.
Manage, develop, and coach technical associates, create an engaging and winning environment through HPC, implement WOW that accelerate delivery of results.
Engage associates in site strategy & delivery.
Responsible for maximizing performance of direct reports to achieve business objectives.
Site Utilities & Infrastructure:
Site SPOC for IFM company for Hard services.
Responsible for managing operation and maintenance of site utilities (Ammonia Plant, 1 Steam & hot water Boilers, Chillers, Air compressors, Water Treatment Plants, AHUs, Heat pump and distribution networks).
Manage, measure, and continuously improve utilities preventive maintenance program.
Establish utilities predicative maintenance program.
Responsible for quick recovery and troubleshooting of complex problems related to utilities.
Manage facility management company and contractors.
Responsible for utilities maintenance Annual Budget control and tracking.
Establish strong and reliable network of outside suppliers, service providers and contractors.
Ensure a high level of technical communication and hand-over is maintained with operation team (Maintenance, Production and Logistics).
Create an engaging and winning environment to decrease area operating cost and commitment to sustainability KPIs and accelerate results delivery.
Digitalization, Asset Reliability & Improvement Management
- Ensure maximum technical performance and reliability of site assets, linked to the factory OPEX targets and processes, through effective reliability improvement.
Drive effective spend of maintenance expense through asset maintenance strategy improvement.
Build on the site strategy & optimizing the preventive maintenance plans through Reliability Improvement initiatives.
Lead maintenance improvement programs at site such as: Asset criticality Identification, PM Screening, Equipment Maintenance Strategies, and Asset Refurbishment/Obsolescence Plan.
Lead developmentof equipment Condition based maintenance program and Plan
Create and improve Reliability improvement working processes.
Drive digital transformation in maintenance WOW such as Power BI for reporting KPIs with real time reporting of breakdowns, Tag gate, digital access for maintenance documentation (Machine Manuals, SOPs..).
Subject Matter Expert in MSE PM Pillar.
Implements strategies to reduce the need for maintenance and ultimately eliminate the occurrence of failures.
Leads Site annual Assets Health Check Program (AHC) and workshops.
Technical team representative for all new Major/minor projects and changes at the site, including deliverables hand-over. Ensures reliability, maintainability, cost effectiveness of project deliverables.
Storeroom Management & Digitalization:
Ensuring full compliance of storeroom to MW financial guidelines.
Responsible to provide proper inventory controls through established methods and WOW.
Cooperate and work closely with commercial team on projects to reduce spare parts cost as part of MRO projects.
Leading improvement initiatives to optimize inventory value and stocking levels.
Elimination of deadstock, overstock, and slow-moving parts to have a lean storeroom.
100% reflection of all needed spare parts into SAP.
Implement bar coding system and introduce ID scanners.
Site Buildings maintenance:
Ownership of all site buildings maintenance programs including Budget, bidding process, supplier selection, contract and jobs execution.
Responsibility for maintaining all site buildings in a condition complies to GMP/GHP standards

This position involves handling both long term strategic planning for site assets reliability improvement besides managing operations of site infrastructure, Utilities and Maintenance Storeroom.
Manage a strong link with Site Engineering and Regional/Global engineering in relation to the implementation of reliability improvements strategy and improvements.
Stakeholders:
Internal : Maintenance Team, VSO, PPTS, SES, Q&FS, & IE
External: External suppliers, other Mars sites , Regional & Global Mars Networks

1. Education & Professional Qualification
BSc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from a reputable university.
+10 years working in maintenance or projects preferably in FMCG
