Join Royal Canin as a Supply Planning Supervisor on a full-time basis in Shanghai, China. In this role, you will lead co-pack and relabel planning, manage packaging material inventory, oversee DRP replenishment, and drive digital transformation projects to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
Higher Education Degree required.
3-5 years of project and process management experience.
Rich experience mainly on supply planning and inventory control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excelent Excel and PowerBI); ERP system experience preferred.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Skills & Responsibilities
Supply Planning: Lead China Co-pack and Relabel planning and capacity analysis to optimize activity and improve efficiency.
Inventory Control: Take charge of packaging material planning, procurement, and inventory control to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
DRP Management: Manage DC replenishment plans to execute effectively against KPIs.
Digital Transformation: Act as a Key business user (KU) in supply chain digital transformation projects, including ERP and E2E Planning system upgrades.
Potential transition routes: People from supply chain analyst or inventory planner roles may bring relevant planning and analytical skills, alongside meeting the required project management and language requirements.

Key responsibilities of the role ?
- Co-pack/Relabel Planning & Supply Service (60%)
Lead China Co-pack & Relabel planning (like Copack MPS, Copack CAPA) and analysis capacity to optimize activity & capacity to improve efficiency
Lead the establishment of the new copack center and build up a sustainable supply model for future dual copack centers operation model
Handle copack activities and inventory control of co-pack products
Collaborate closely with stakeholders arocss E2E supply process to fulfill demand
KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS
Conduct financial estimations for import projects. China RC imports probiotics and milk powder in two batches under the Root Facilitator program.

Take charge of packaging material planning, procurement and inventory control ensure adequate material supply for copack operation with healthy inventory and minimizing waste
