What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, acting as the Finance Business Partner for the Wet Factory in Bruck an der Leitha and the financial owner of Wet technology within Europe Value Chain Operations (EVCO), setting a financial leadership example across the site and network

  • You monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive informed decision-making

  • You support strategic planning and decision-making to align business goals with operational objectives across sites, influencing both local and network-wide initiatives

  • You analyze costs, efficiency, and productivity, identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce waste, and increase value creation

  • You lead financial reviews and business reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

  • You partner with cross-functional teams to support projects, investments, and initiatives that enhance operational excellence and business results

  • You ensure financial compliance and adherence to internal controls, governance, and reporting standards, promoting best practices across the organization

  • You collaborate with wider finance networks to share insights, benchmark performance, and drive standardization and continuous improvement across the Wet operations
