Pet Nutrition is embarking on a massive digital transformation journey to fulfil its ambition of becoming a digital leader in the consumer products industry. This ambition is supported by an unprecedented $1.2B digital Investment and an operating model shift towards an agile product-based organization to mobilize and deliver crucial digital priorities in the next three years.

This role will sit within the global Strategy and Transformation team with the broader aim of orchestrating & reporting on the overall digital transformation across programs/products and operational imperatives progress. This role will

report to the Portfolio Management, Delivery and Operations lead and be integral in preparing reports and materials on the overall digital transformation in cooperation with senior leaders.

What are we looking for?

Education & Professional

  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (Business management or Economics degree preferred)

Knowledge / Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy function with CPG company of a similar scale ($10B+ revenue)
  • Strong ability to frame complex issues in a simple way, create compelling storyline and clear visual messaging. Extreme comfort working with hypothesis-driven "Answer-first" approach
  • Mastery of the Microsoft office suite, incl. PowerPoint, Excel, and key Industry-standard add-Ins (e.g. Think-cell)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proven track record to get things done in a matrixed organization and influencing without authority
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas/issues effectively, incl. up to senior executive management

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Help frame complex Issues and create clear and concise communication to drive alignment and action within Digital functions and with key stakeholders

  • Prepare high-impact reports and presentations related to digital transformation across programs/products and operational imperatives progress (Incl. progress updates, strategic trade-offs, reviews and reports)

  • Develop and maintain key communication materials templates (Incl. progress trackers, trade-off discussion templates, strawmen for SteerCo updates on digital, etc.)

  • Coordinate and drive alignment with key Digital and Business stakeholders (incl. global PN CDIO, PN Digital Leadership team, PN Strategy team, product/ program leadership, and other global functional & digital leaders)

    • Provide ad-hoc support with the digital strategy work related to the overall digital transformation
