Within Accelerator, the Better For You portfolio includes KIND®, RXBAR®, Nutri-Grain®, Special K Bars®, and Pure Organic®. Combining the scale of Mars with the agility of a growth business, we are driving innovation, accelerating performance, and transforming how we work through data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance, you will play a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams. This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly learn new business dynamics, and is energized by driving transformation. You will lead financial oversight of product costs across internal and external manufacturing networks while helping shape the future of Supply Chain Finance through process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and advanced analytics. With significant ownership, business partnership, and growth opportunities, this role offers the chance to influence key decisions and make a meaningful impact across a rapidly evolving portfolio of brands.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of finance experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or operations.
  • Strong background in cost accounting, product costing, financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions.
  • Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a challenger mindset who proactively identifies risks, develops solutions, and drives results.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and digital tools.

Preferred:

  • CPG, food manufacturing, or related industry experience.
  • Experience with Power BI, advanced analytics tools, automation, or AI applications.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management for Supply Chain operations.
  • Provide actionable insights on manufacturing performance, product costs, sourcing strategies, and productivity initiatives.
  • Oversee COGS reporting, variance analysis, and cost savings validation.
  • Develop financial models supporting sourcing, capacity, innovation, and network optimization decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve cost, service, and working capital performance.
  • Drive automation, reporting simplification, and adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency and decision quality.
  • Ensure accuracy of standard costing, BOMs, cost cards, and compliance with company accounting policies and controls.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Customer Operations, Product Development, and Finance leadership teams.
  • Support business transformation and integration activities by identifying risks, solving complex problems, and building scalable processes for future growth.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
  • Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.
  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
