Job Purpose

Following the acquisition of Kellanova, the Integration Management Office (IMO) team will continue to lead the integration of the heritage companies into the future Mars Snacking segment.

As part of the IMO Techblueprint core team, this role will lead the design and implementation of the future Digital Delivery Model for Mars Snacking leveraging industry best practices on Digital Products & Plafform Management as well as the segment Digital Technologies Operating Model work done during the Mars Snacking D30 program.

This is a program, role as part of the Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in Dec 2028.

Key Responsibilities

Operating Model Design & Transformation

  • Lead the definition and implementation for the target digital delivery operating model (products, platforms, value streams).
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to transition from project/program delivery to product/platform delivery in prioritized areas
  • Establish governance, decision rights, and engagement models across business functions and Digital Technologies.

Product-Centric Delivery

  • Codify the approach and path that will enable the shift from project-based funding to product/value stream funding.
  • Introduce and scale product management practices (roadmaps, backlogs, lifecycle ownership).
  • Define product ownership structures and accountability.

Delivery Frameworks & Ways of Working

  • Establish consistent Agile, DevOps, and engineering practices across teams.
  • Define standard ways of working (cadences, planning, prioritization, metrics).
  • Promote modern delivery practices including CI/CD, automation, and reliability.
  • Redesign governance to support continuous, product-based delivery.
  • Define and track KPIs/OKRs (value delivery, speed, adoption, quality).
  • Promote platform-first thinking and reusable capabilities.
  • Define principles for build, buy, and reuse.

Job Specifications / Qualifications

Knowledge / Experience

  • 10+ years past experience in leadership roles in Digital Technologies
  • 3+ years past experience as a director or sr. director.
  • Proven experience leading digital/IT operating model transformations
  • Strong expertise in product operating models, Agile at scale, and DevOps
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology
  • Experience driving organizational change in complex environments
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
