The Master Data Management Senior Enablement Expert is focused on delivering Business Value for Mars Canada. The Senior Enablement Expert supports projects and initiatives designed to optimize business processes and drive data quality. The Senior Enablement Expert is also expected to investigate and help resolve Master Data issues as they arise.
What are we looking for? (Essential Requirements)
(1) Interpersonal Communication: Exhibits strong interpersonal communication skills and influences others positively. Able to work with a wide variety of people within Mars and build strong working relationships to get things done.
(2) Project Work: A seasoned Associate who may lead smaller project work or be the Master Data workstream lead on larger projects. They mentor others and contribute to project planning and execution.
(3) Challenging / Questioning: The Associate excels in challenging existing processes and assumptions within their expertise. They engage in critical thinking, providing valuable feedback and fostering innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Their well-reasoned arguments influence decision-making and contribute to strategic initiatives, while they also mentor less experienced Associates, promoting a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
(4) Stakeholder Engagement: The Associate manages complex stakeholder relationships and creates comprehensive engagement plans aligned with organizational goals. They are comfortable engaging stakeholders and driving prioritization anywhere in the organization across segment, domain and process.

(5) Organizational Agility / Understanding: The Associate has a deep understanding of all MDM Organizations and a basic understanding of other MGS Organizations and can maneuver comfortably within them. Also has a deep understanding of Mars Canada and can maneuver comfortably within it.
(6) Business Segment Knowledge. The Associate has a deep expertise in business operations and strategic goals or all three segments in Mars Canada. They influence strategic Master Data decisions and drive innovation. They facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide strategic insights, contributing Business Value.
(7) Business Process Knowledge: The Associate has an expert-level understanding of business processes across multiple areas. They drive significant improvements that yield measurable benefits due to their understanding of the business value of the processes.
(8) Business System Knowledge: The Associate has in-depth knowledge of business systems used in their area, leading initiatives to improve usage and drive process enhancements. They facilitate discussions to align system capabilities with business objectives and would be considered among the team's foremost experts in the required systems.
What will be your key responsibilities?
(1) MDM Services Single Point of Contact for Mars Canada. The Associate will be Master Data Management Services' single point of contact for all three Mars Canada business segments (Snacking, Pet Nutrition and Food).
Capabilities Required: Interpersonal Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Organizational Agility & Understanding.
(2) Project and Initiative Support. The Associate will support Mars Canada Master Data Projects and Initiatives, either through direct work or via including other Associates & contractors as needed.
Capabilities Required: Project Work, Questioning / Challenging, Business Process Knowledge.
(3) Learning the Mars Canada Business. The Associate will be responsible for understanding the business needs for all three Mars Canada Businesses (Snacking, Pet Nutrition, and Food).
Capabilities Required: Questioning / Challenging; Business Systems Knowledge, Business Process Knowledge.
(4) Learning Mars Canada Master Data Systems. The Associate will be responsible for understanding how the various Mars Canada Workflow Systems (Atlas Workflow, Clarizen, and Product Flow Management) interact with Veritas.
