Job Description:
The Sr Manager - M&M’S Global Digital Finance is a pivotal leadership position that will play a critical role in architecting and executing the strategic transformation of the M&M'S Global Digital business into a commerce enabled, brand experience hub with personalization at the core. Serving as the primary strategic and financial co-pilot to the Global Digital Leader, this role will have a unique opportunity to deliver disproportionate impact to the $3.8B M&M'S brand. The M&M'S Global Digital business operates across 14 markets and 4 distinct business models – DTC (Direct to Consumer), B2B (Business to Business), Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart.com) and Distributors.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
