In the future, Automation and AI will replace mundane tasks and augment human capacity to think, create and analyze. This transformation role of the Senior Manager, Automation Enablement is to focus on developing the strategy to leverage technical and functional capabilities provided by SAP BTP platform and drive awareness of those capabilities for the MGS Digital Core program.

The Automation Enablement lead will drive awareness of the new automation capabilities enabled by SAP BTP platform, awareness of available business accelerators, impact of new platform to IAH Automation Development Lifecycle (ADLC), and impact to current MGS digital workforce. This role will serve as dedicated IAH Automation Enablement lead for the entirety of the MGS Digital Core Program, expected to liaise with functional representatives from each domain within Global Services.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or business-related majors - or equivalent in experience
  • Automation Developer Certification (SAP BTP, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath) preferred
  • Extensive progressive experience in business enabling enterprise technologies.
  • Proven experience developing, maintaining, and supporting automation projects in a global organization.
  • Experience with SAP BTP platform including business accelerators
  • Proven success leading transformational, innovative activities in one or more of the following areas: Intelligent Automation, business enabling technology platforms, or experience with Robotic Process Automation packages like SAP BPA, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Management and development of strong collaborative relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors
  • Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) platforms like ABBYY/HyperScience
  • Previous experience in FCMG is desired.
  • The ideal candidate possesses experience in a professional services environment and has a background that illustrates extensive capabilities Automation, Robotics, AI and transforming business processes at scale and speed.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Serve as dedicated IAH Automation Enablement lead for the entirety of the MGS Digital Core Program, expected to liaise with functional representatives from each domain within Global Services.
  • Engage with Digital Core leaders on technology stack strategy and deployment approach for SAP BTP Automation capabilities for each phase of the program.
  • Analyze the impact of Digital Core program on the existing digital workers.
  • Define new automation development lifecycle framework during the transformation incorporating SAP BTP technology stack impact.
  • Build business case template to assess automation opportunities leveraging new technology capabilities identified during the transformation.
  • Ensures the key handoffs and interdependencies between IT, 3rd party firms and business stakeholders to ensure successful value delivery, and ability to scale within the program.
  • Identify the capability gaps during the transformation that are hindering progress and propose solutions to address them.
