Are you ready to drive growth across one of the most dynamic e-commerce regions in the world? As our SEA Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategic planning of retail media across Southeast Asia — powering sales performance through data-driven insights and precision marketing. You’ll partner with Connected Commerce and Digital Marketing teams to turn strategy into impact, shaping the future of how our brands connect with consumers online.
What You’ll Do
As our SEA Performance Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Retail Media Strategy Development
Partner with the Connected Commerce Director to create retail media strategies for platform by market, aligned with business objectives.
Analyse platform specific trends, algorithm updates and competitor strategies across SEA to inform strategic recommendations.
Provide retail media framework relevant to local needs (e.g. BAU, events, occasions)
Ensure strategies comply with platform guidelines and digital analytics best practices.
Resource allocation by platform
Recommend budget distribution across countries, platforms, media type (biddable & non biddable), brand (format, SKU) based on historical performance data and projections.
Review and adjust allocations on weekly basis, factoring in seasonality, shift in organization priorities and external factors (platform policies, economics, regulatory)
Monitor via Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure budget spend is aligned to strategy.
Strategic Optimization Direction
Provide high level guidance to Digital Marketing Specialist on optimization priorities.
Recommend A/B test frameworks and incrementality analyses, partnering on execution where needed.
Set key KPIs (Return on Ad Spend, ROI, Incremental GMV, Cost per Click etc.) to evaluate retail media effectiveness and agency performance.
Data & analytics
Ensure data integrity & consistency across Southeast Asia.
Create actionable, data-driven reports and dashboards, with the support of Global Retail Business Solution team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:
Relevant Experience – 4+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with strong exposure to retail media across SEA.
Key Skills – Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
Soft Skills – A strong collaborator and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; fluency in English required.
