SAP Platform Senior Architect | hybrid | Guararema

The SAP Platform Senior Architect will manage the technical architecture and design, including its dependencies and integration of solutions into Mars Digital Technologies portfolio, targeting to deliver solutions that will minimize total cost of ownership while maximizing the service delivery and customer satisfaction within Mars, supporting the major projects and initiatives as part of our ERP transformation programs.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science - or equivalent in experience

- Proven expertise on architecture of SAP platform solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and cloud-based technologies.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills, including good conflict management and an ability to work well with people from different countries and cultures.

- Previous experience in large scale SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects

- Experience with SAP RISE and change management tools in SAP space are desirable

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Design robust and scalable technical architecture solutions for SAP systems and their interactions with other applications aligned with business goals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and with Mars and industry standards.

- Develop and enforce technical architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to drive consistency and quality across all transformation projects.

- Provide leadership on the adoption of new technologies in the SAP platform area, building a close relationship with Mars business representatives, partners, vendors and other Mars Digital Technologies teams, to identify and define most suitable solution, validating the solutions, building total cost of ownership, and working with project managers to plan their implementations, supporting leadership decisions.

- Work in close collaboration with implementation teams, supporting architectural-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise.
