Job Description

Our SAP Technology & Architecture team serves as the technical backbone for complex SAP transformation programs across EMEA and we are hiring for a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our team.

This role is open across EMEA.

We design and deliver next-generation digital core architectures that connect business process excellence with modern technology, anchored in SAP S/4HANA, Cloud ERP, and Enterprise Integration.

The team combines deep SAP expertise with architectural leadership across domains such as data strategy, clean core, extensibility, AI enablement, and platform modernization. We work closely with clients’ business and IT leadership to define the roadmap from legacy landscapes to modular, intelligent ERP environments.

Your Role

  • Lead complex SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration programs, from roadmap design to go-live, leveraging RISE, Public Cloud, or Private Cloud approaches.

  • Act as technical lead architect or delivery lead, guiding cross-functional teams across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.

  • Provide strategic advisory to clients on clean-core architecture, enterprise integration, data management, and the transition from ECC to Cloud ERP (RISE with SAP).

  • Translate business goals into scalable SAP technology designs and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.

  • Drive architectural governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Mentor teams and foster collaboration across Accenture, SAP, and client organizations.

  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and reusable assets in the SAP technology domain (e.g. clean-core frameworks, integration accelerators, AI-enabled extensions).

  • Extensive professional experience in SAP architecture, technology, or transformation roles preferably with a strong track record in S/4HANA delivery or migration programs.

  • Proven experience as Delivery Lead, Technical Architect, or Transformation Advisor in complex SAP programs (RISE, Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield).

  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, system integration (API/BTP), extensibility concepts (Embedded Steampunk, side-by-side), and modern Cloud ERP paradigms.

  • Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills at executive level; confident communicator in both business and technical language.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously while driving results in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
