Job Overview

The core purpose of the role is to support the customer teams by undertaking key administrative tasks such as using customer systems for weekly reporting in standardised sales trackers, local aspects of customer invoice processing, ledger management (audit claims), promotional proposal forms and customer new line introductions. The job exists to ensure that our internal sales team and customers receive accurate information regarding sales, promotions and new lines in a timely manner and the correct amount is paid to agreed timeline targets. The role is flexible to meet changing customer needs in an efficient way, optimising our processes to replicate across channels and customers

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Weekly reporting – downloading data from customer systems and updating sales trackers and EPOS reports
  • Process development to incorporate these into SRM analytics
  • Managing customer invoices – approving and speaking to MFS and CDM
  • Maintaining full and complete audit trails within CAS
  • Pursuing missing and late invoices
  • Supporting CDMs with timely data and recommendations for releases / under-accruals
  • Completing customer promotional nomination forms accurately and to customer deadlines, ensuring sign-off from CDMs
  • Ensuring an accurate audit trail is maintained for all promotional documentation
  • Completing new line forms for customers, including marketing copy and images where necessary, accurately and to customer deadlines
  • Supporting sales account teams with customer administration tasks (e.g. derogation forms, price file support)
  • Developing new ways of working to drive efficiency

What are we looking for?

  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with strong communication skills
  • Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Applicants will be required to learn relevant tools in depth to perform their tasks
  • Potential role holders should enjoy working within a team and thrive in a competitive, results-focused environment
  • They must also have the ability to learn new systems and processes and be adaptable as we embrace technological changes
