Job Description

Position Overview

Drive market development and end-to-end sales management for contract logistics (warehousing & transportation) in assigned areas. Achieve sales targets and expand market share by deeply understanding local client needs and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

负责所在区域合同物流(仓储、运输)业务的市场开发、客户拓展及全周期销售管理,通过深度挖掘本地客户需求、推动跨部门协作,实现业绩目标并持续提升市场份额。

Job Responsibilities

Lead new client development, bidding, and contract negotiations to ensure achievement of sales targets.

主导新客户的开发、投标及合同谈判,确保完成销售业绩指;

Establish relationship networks with key clients in target industries (consumer electronics, beauty, footwear, apparel and etc.), continuously track client business changes, and deeply explore value-added service opportunities. ;

持续跟踪客户业务变化,深挖增值服务机会。

Extend the sales leads pool and follow the effective leads to meet the agreed target

扩大销售商机池,并跟进有效线索以达成既定目标

Conduct market research, competitor intelligence gathering, and industrial cluster development to enhance company market share; follow up project sales progress; and output market-driven product requirements/client resources to the team.

市场调研、竞对信息摸排、产业带深耕等,不断提升我司市场份额,跟进项目销售进度,并向团队输出市场端的产品需求、客户资源等。

Monitor the bidding/negotiation and pricing with customers.

监控与客户的竞标/谈判和定价过程。

Continuously develop the new customer and submit the report timely. 持续开发新客户并及时提交报告。

Collect the details information what customers request and consolidate with internal team to provide the tailed maid solution to customers.

收集客户要求的详细信息,并与内部团队整合,为客户提供量身定制的服务解决方案

Risk control during the whole developing process.

在整个开发过程中进行风险控制。

Qualifications

3+ years of logistics sales experience; contract logistics experience preferred.

3年以上物流行业销售经验,合同物流领域经验优先

Familiar with logistics industry and client demands in consumer electronics, beauty, footwear & apparel, FMCG industries and etc. 熟悉消费电子、美妆、鞋服、快消等行业物流供应链现状,了解客户需求;

Energetic and passionate, able to work under pressure of sales targets, with strong work accountability.

富有活力和激情,能够承受较大的工作压力和销售业绩要求,对工作有责任心;

Strong objective orientation with continuous learning awareness and innovative mindset.
