Responsibilities

Master Production Scheduling (MPS) – Factory RGY Korea

  • Regional consolidation of distribution requirement planning from importing markets. Convert and analyze periodic forecast into MPS and MRP and feed to regional factory.

  • Align master planning activities with RGY capacity planning.

  • Lead MPS meeting with regional factory team and commercial team, to ensure that periodic ex-factory supply forecast for 2 years of time horizon is in line with planned production capacity and work on mitigation action for identified tension around capacity and RM/PM

  • In line with new recipe ramp up in RGY, coordinate to set up master data according to master data hierarchy and coding rule and ensure that relevant formula code, item code and BOM is set up in FM (Future Master) accordingly, in collaboration with activity manager, RGY SCM team, R&D team

  • Maintain the RGY PFA dashboard to monitor performance.

  • Support portfolio rationalization efforts to optimize product mix.

Regional Planning

  • Design and improve end-to-end planning processes within RGY SC team, execute process automation opportunities

  • Support the development and maintenance of planning capability (Process, People, Systems and Structure) to deliver an optimum balance between supply & demand

  • Implement and manage (new) planning processes related to CO-Manufacturing sourcing and product flows. Support the Functional Compliment Demand Review process (future state).

  • Ensure alignment with overall supply planning strategies.

  • Manage consolidated demand from all AP markets (with Regional DP Manager) and analyze and support to strategic decision including supply network strategy, sourcing change, packing, etc.,

  • Co-work with SC development manager to set up sourcing scenario and simulate annual wave plan from the regional factory per SKU/recipe/total and provide data intelligence and analysis.

  • Closely monitor sourcing change status and revamping and timing in liaison with activity manager and factory SCM team, provide sourcing transition master guides and ensures with markets can reflect in their distribution requirement planning.

  • Lead periodic cycle meeting with markets, to review supply forecasting accuracy and gap vs target and to validate with market planner whether sourcing change timing and phase-in/out per SKU are well reflected in their distribution requirement planning

Control Tower Operations and Escalation/Issue Management

  • Monitor stock allocation versus demand to optimize inventory distribution.

  • Streamline allocation processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

  • Handle unplanned or unexpected issues arising from sourcing sites promptly and effectively.

  • Act as a key point of contact for resolving supply disruptions and operational challenges.

  • Monitor available capacity across dry and wet factory network supplying to APAC markets, drive proactive communication, supply coordination and volume allocation against potential capacity tension and critical supply issues.

  • For new sourcing sites applicable to multiple receiving markets, involves initial forecasting consolidation and validation to lock future capacity from sourcing units.

  • For planning sourcing transition to RGY from Europe network, coordinate precisely with market to apply phase-out and phase-in forecasting both to Europe and RGY, which leads to locking RM, PM and capacity

  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)

  • Prepare and support mitigation plans to address supply risks.

  • If required, Coordiante alternative sourcing strategies to maintain supply continuity with SC Development Manager and Manage sourcing changes and communicate effectively within RC global network.

Supply Planning Reporting

  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

  • Extract and validate supply planning data periodically. Manage supply status reviews and reporting as well as allocation processes for the supply chains in scope, and closely collaborate with the relevant functions and geographies

  • Report to S&OP forum on capacity overview and analysis

  • Work closely with market supply planners to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Key User of Supply Planning Tools

  • Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters to optimize capacity utilization in Future Master .

  • Collaborate with supply planners to ensure accurate capacity planning.

  • Act as the key user for the supply planning process within Future Master and future new planning tools.

  • Provide inputs for the required inputs and user stories to support process enhancements

Job Qualification

  • University degree (Master) in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin.

  • Fluent English

  • Specialization in Planning or APICS

  • 10 Years’ experience in Supply Chain minimum. Thereof, Minium 5 years of Demand and Supply Planning Experiences.
