Network Service Delivery Lead | hybrid | Guararema
As Network Service Delivery Lead (Americas) at Mars Global Services (MGS), you will be the operational cornerstone of our enterprise network infrastructure across the Americas. You will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the local, wide-area, and wireless networks connecting our factories and corporate offices. Leading a team of two direct-report associates and managing our strategic partner (Service Provider), you will drive service excellence, lead incident resolutions, and guide our regional operations toward modern, automated, and cloud-ready networks.
What are we looking for?
· Enterprise Networking Expertise: At least 4+ years of network operations experience in large, multinational environments.
· Proven Vendor Governance: Strong, demonstrated experience managing, auditing, and holding third-party Managed Service Providers and telecom carriers accountable to strict operational SLAs.
· People Leadership: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in direct line-management, mentorship, or technical team leadership of junior-to-mid level technical associates.
· Cloud & Automation Mindset (Nice-to-Have): Experience or a strong interest in network observability and automation.
What will be your key responsibilities?
· Govern Strategic Partners: Direct, audit, and hold our regional Managed Service Providers and telecom carriers accountable to operational SLAs, ensuring swift incident resolution (MTTR), accurate CMDB, and high-quality change management.
· Lead Regional Network Operations: Own the end-to-end availability, stability, and performance of our regional LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewall security environments, acting as the main point of contact for critical incidents and operational escalation within the region.
· Coach & Develop Associates: Provide daily line-management, technical guidance, and career pathing to two Associate Network Analysts, fostering a proactive and highly skilled engineering culture.
· Drive Service Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks to build and execute regional Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) and seamlessly transition newly delivered global projects into regional support.
