Misión:

Como Especialista en Redes y Telecomunicaciones serás responsable de asegurar la máxima disponibilidad, continuidad y seguridad de la infraestructura de conectividad del Grupo en México, mediante la administración experta de tecnologías Cisco, Checkpoint y Palo Alto, garantizando una interconexión eficiente entre todas las sedes y una gestión estratégica de los carriers para soportar la integridad de la información y los objetivos operativos de la organización.

Responsabilidades:

• Responsable del funcionamiento diario de la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, incluyendo la red LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet y telefonía.
  
  
• Garantizar servicios de soporte de calidad para los componentes de red, conectividad y telecomunicaciones.
  
  
• Gestionar y desarrollar proyectos relacionados con la infraestructura de TI, preparando y actualizando planes de proyecto de forma regular.
  
  
• Recomendar e implementar estrategias a corto y largo plazo para la evolución de la infraestructura de TI de acuerdo a los objetivos de la empresa y los estándares del grupo.
  
  
• Definición y ejecución de los planes de respaldo y recuperación de datos y sistemas, así como de las políticas y procedimientos formales.
  

• Administrar y dar seguimiento a los activos de seguridad de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de seguridad y monitoreo, y previniendo vulnerabilidades, ataques e incidentes de seguridad.
  
  
• Colaborar con otros gerentes y equipos para asegurar la integración de los requisitos de calidad y seguridad en los procesos del negocio.
  

Requerimientos:

Formación Académica: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas, Electrónica o afín.

Experiencia Técnica:

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia preferentemente con Cisco; deseable con Checkpoint y/o Palo Alto.
  
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en configuración de switches, firewall, proxy y equipo de telecomunicaciones en general.
  
• 3 a 5 años de conocimiento en ciberseguridad.
  

Experiencia en Gestión y Soporte:

• 5 a 8 años de experiencia trabajando en equipo y liderando iniciativas.
  
• 5 a 8 años de experiencia en el diseño, implementación y soporte de infraestructura de TI.
  
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en la formación de usuarios en el uso de sistemas de información (Deseable)
  

Certificaciones y Conocimientos Específicos:

• Certificaciones en equipos Cisco, Checkpoint y/o Palo Alto (deseable).
  
• Principios y prácticas de análisis de sistemas y Tecnología de la Información.
  
• Métodos y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  

Idiomas:

• Inglés intermedio, capaz de sostener una conversación técnica.

Mission: As a Networks and Telecommunications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum availability, continuity, and security of the Group's connectivity infrastructure in Mexico, through expert administration of Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto technologies, guaranteeing efficient interconnection between all sites and strategic management of carriers to support information integrity and the organization's operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the telecommunications infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet, and telephony.
  
• Ensure quality support services for network, connectivity, and telecommunications components.
  
• Manage and develop projects related to IT infrastructure, preparing and updating project plans on a regular basis.
  
• Recommend and implement short- and long-term strategies for the evolution of the IT infrastructure in accordance with company objectives and group standards.
  
• Definition and execution of backup and recovery plans for data and systems, as well as formal policies and procedures.
  
• Manage and monitor company security assets, ensuring compliance with security and monitoring requirements, and preventing vulnerabilities, attacks, and security incidents.
  
• Collaborate with other managers and teams to ensure the integration of quality and security requirements into business processes.
  

Requirements:

• Academic Background: Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electronics, or related fields.
  
• Technical Experience:
  
  • 3 to 5 years of experience preferably with Cisco; desirable with Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto.
    
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in configuration of switches, firewalls, proxies, and general telecommunications equipment.
    
  • 3 to 5 years of knowledge in cybersecurity.
    
• Management and Support Experience:
  
  • 5 to 8 years of experience working in teams and leading initiatives.
    
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure.
    
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in user training for the use of information systems (Desirable).
    
• Certifications and Specific Knowledge:
  
  • Certifications in Cisco, Checkpoint, and/or Palo Alto equipment (desirable).
    
  • Principles and practices of systems analysis and Information Technology.
    
  • Project management methods and tools.
    
• Languages:
  
  • Intermediate English, capable of holding a technical conversation.
