Misión:

Como Especialista de Infraestructura serás responsable garantizar la excelencia operativa y la evolución tecnológica de la infraestructura de IM de Airbus en México, liderando proyectos innovadores que respondan a las necesidades del negocio bajo un marco estricto de Ciberseguridad-por-diseño para asegurar la continuidad y resiliencia de la organización.

Responsabilidades:

1. Gestión de Redes y Ciberseguridad

• Operación de Red: Administrar plataformas LAN, WAN (SpiderWAN), conectividad a Internet y servicios de red (DNS, Active Directory).
  
• Seguridad Proactiva: Implementar estrategias de "Ciberseguridad-por-diseño", gestionando firewalls, NAC, VPN y políticas de prevención de pérdida de datos.
  
• Cumplimiento: Realizar evaluaciones de seguridad, auditoría de bitácoras y gestión de antivirus bajo estándares globales de Airbus.
  

2. Infraestructura de Servidores y Continuidad del Negocio

• Administración de Sistemas: Gestionar servidores físicos y virtuales, almacenamiento y procesos de parcheo.
  
• Resiliencia: Diseñar, probar y ejecutar planes de Recuperación ante Desastres (DRP) y sistemas de respaldo (Backup) para garantizar la disponibilidad de la información.
  

3. Comunicaciones Unificadas y Audio Visual (AV)

• Colaboración: Administrar sistemas de telefonía IP (Cisco), herramientas de colaboración (G-Suite, Jabber) y dispositivos móviles.
  
• Soporte AV: Garantizar el funcionamiento de salas de videoconferencia y sistemas de cámaras para eventos y operaciones diarias.
  

4. Atención al Cliente y Soporte Técnico

• Gestión de Servicio: Supervisar la mesa de ayuda (ServiceNow), asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y la resolución ágil de incidentes de hardware y software.
  
• Ciclo de Vida del Usuario: Coordinar la configuración de equipos para nuevas contrataciones, gestión de imágenes corporativas y actualización de activos.
  

5. Gestión de Proyectos y Administración de TI

• Liderazgo de Proyectos: Definir alcances, presupuestos y recursos para proyectos de infraestructura locales y regionales (LATAM/Europa).
  
• Gestión de Activos: Administrar el inventario de licencias, contratos con proveedores externos, compras de IT y garantías.
  

6. Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS)

• Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de Control de Exportaciones y estándares de seguridad operativa.
  
• Sostenibilidad: Contribuir al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental mediante el manejo adecuado de residuos electrónicos y el uso eficiente de recursos energéticos.
  

Requerimientos:

Formación Académica

• Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas, Electrónica o afín.
  

• Certificación ITIL.(Deseable)
  

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en puesto de Coordinador o con equipo a cargo.
  
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia preferentemente con Cisco con Checkpoint y/o Palo Alto (Deseable)
  
• 5 a 8 años de experiencia en el diseño, implementación y soporte de infraestructura de TI.
  
• 5 a 8 años de conocimiento en ciberseguridad.
  
• 3 a 5 años de Administración de Proyectos.
  
• Cableado estructurado.
  
• Configuración de Router / Switch.
  
• Administración de Mesa de Ayuda.
  
• Administración de infraestructura virtual (VMWare).
  
• Administración de Active Directory (AD).
  
• Administración de Firewall.

Mission:

As Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and the technological evolution of Airbus IM infrastructure in Mexico. You will lead innovative projects that meet business needs under a strict Cybersecurity-by-Design framework to ensure the organization's continuity and resilience.

Responsibilities:

1. Network Management and Cybersecurity

• Network Operations: Manage LAN and WAN (SpiderWAN) platforms, internet connectivity, and network services (DNS, Active Directory).
  
• Proactive Security: Implement "Cybersecurity-by-Design" strategies by managing firewalls, NAC, VPNs, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  
• Compliance: Conduct security assessments, log auditing, and antivirus management according to Airbus global standards.
  

2. Server Infrastructure and Business Continuity

• Systems Administration: Manage physical and virtual servers, storage, and patching processes.
  
• Resilience: Design, test, and execute Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and backup systems to ensure data availability.
  

3. Unified Communications and Audio Visual (AV)

• Collaboration: Administer IP telephony systems (Cisco), collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Jabber), and mobile devices.
  
• AV Support: Ensure the functionality of video conferencing rooms and camera systems for daily operations and events.
  

4. Customer Service and Technical Support

• Service Management: Oversee the Help Desk (ServiceNow), ensuring KPI compliance and agile resolution of hardware and software incidents.
  
• User Lifecycle: Coordinate equipment setup for new hires, corporate image deployment, and asset refreshes.
  

5. Project Management and IT Administration

• Project Leadership: Define scope, budget, and resources for local and regional (LATAM/Europe) infrastructure projects.
  
• Asset Management: Manage license inventory, external vendor contracts, IT procurement, and warranties.
  

6. Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS)

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Export Control policies and operational security standards.
  
• Sustainability: Contribute to the Environmental Management System through proper electronic waste disposal and efficient energy resource management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
  
• ITIL Certification (Desirable).
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Coordinator position or leading a team.
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience preferably with Cisco; Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto (Desirable).
  
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure.
  
• 5 to 8 years of knowledge in Cybersecurity.
  
• 3 to 5 years of Project Management.
  
• Structured cabling.
