Additional Locations: AMS-Netherlands, VDN-Germany, WAL-UK

The Digital Merchandising Executive plays a critical role in the Execution of our Brand & Product eContent across our European Digital Customers, Amazon and ebay.

The role will be responsible to Implement our Digital Shelf Strategy and coordinating all relevant Internal teams and agency partners to execute under each Merchandising lever, delivering a BIC Shopper Experience.

What are we looking for?

• Able to plan effectively multiple projects across a complex customer and country scope, requiring critical project prioritization and time management.

• Strong communicator that is able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines met and visibility shared across the business unit.

• High attention to detail to ensure correct content developed and execute with our retailers.

• A desire to work in the ecommerce space, with a general understanding of our brands and the retail environment.

• An enthusiastic and motivated individual who takes the initiative and has a ‘can do’ attitude

• A team player who can build relationships and communicate with ease - this one already partly covered

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Merchandising execution - coordinate and deploy content in line with our perfect digital store vision covering broad levers such as visual + written assets, brand stores, ratings and reviews and variations

• Ensure we have best in class content deployed through regular tracking, course correcting issues

• Bring the outside in: drive our competitiveness through building competitor knowledge and bringing insights back into the business

• Delivery against customer aligned JBP merchandising agreements - including optimizations and test & learns
