Demand Planning & IBP

• Own demand planning for 3+ channels, delivering one unbiased demand signal

• Lead Demand Reviews with clear risks, opportunities, and trade-offs

• Improve Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Value-Added Forecast

Market ATG SPOC

• Act as the single point of accountability for the Saudi market

• Revamp the NPI process with clear guidelines and control

• Represent the market in Supply Reviews and ATG

• Own end-to-end NPI planning and launch readiness

• Ensure accurate volume phasing, supply alignment, and milestone governance

• Track post-launch performance and embed learnings

Digitalization & Automation

• Lead digital and automation initiatives across demand and supply planning

• Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enable insight-led decisions

• Own planning dashboards and tool adoption with Digital / IT partners

KPI's:

Forecast Accuracy & Bias | Case Fill / Service | NPI Readiness | Inventory Health | Digital Adoption | Stakeholder Confidence

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply/demand planning
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot & Power Query is a must
• Expert in ERP systems
