SAP is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to accelerate cloud revenue growth and deepen customer impact across a portfolio of strategic, named accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping customer transformation journeys and positioning SAP’s cloud portfolio to deliver measurable, long-term business value.
You will own the end-to-end customer strategy—driving adoption, expansion, and success—while leading high-impact engagements in complex enterprise environments.
Hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer-centric account strategies aligned to clients’ business priorities and digital transformation goals
Drive cloud revenue growth through renewals, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities
Build and sustain C-level and senior executive relationships across customer and partner organizations
Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and value realization, ensuring tangible business outcomes
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (pre-sales, customer success, services) and implementation partners
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets
Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture
Qualifications
10–15 years of proven success in enterprise B2B and/or cloud software sales
Prior experience in people management and sales leadership
Strong understanding of cloud solutions, subscription models, and customer value realization
Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and engage senior executive stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
