We are seeking a motivated Growth Analyst to join our Regional Performance Analytics team and help turn data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is passionate about working with data, building impactful visualizations, and supporting business stakeholders with actionable information.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is naturally curious about data and enjoys uncovering insights that drive better business outcomes. You should have a foundational understanding of data analysis and visualization, and be eager to develop your technical and business skills in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (internships and academic projects considered)
Experience using SQL for data analysis and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker; familiarity with Python or cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
Ability to translate data into clear, compelling visualizations and reports
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
What will be your responsibilities?
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and highlight key insights
Support data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities to ensure data quality and reliability
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Assist in preparing presentations and data stories for business stakeholders, translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to the design and delivery of analytical solutions
Stay current with best practices in data visualization and analytics, and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes
