This is a part-time position, where you work approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Job Overview

The Sales Student will support the Key Account Management (KAM), Field Sales, and Field Excellence teams in the Nordic markets by assisting with operational, administrative, and data management tasks. The role contributes to efficient sales operations and supports the achievement of sales targets.

What are we looking for?

Essential requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably with a background or strong interest in sales, marketing, or business. Graduating in 2028 or after.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic knowledge of campaign planning or marketing support.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and data analysis tools.

Key responsibilities

Support for KAM, Field Excellence, and Field Sales teams:

  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including maintaining Point of Sale data, coordinating the transfer of Point of Sale materials to warehouses, and supporting campaign execution.

Campaign and promotional support:

  • Contribute to planning, implementing, and following up on promotional campaigns.

  • Support translation work, prepare campaign materials, and help ensure timely execution.

Administrative and operational tasks:

  • Manage sample orders and support the follow-up of sales activities and campaign details.

Market and sales data analysis:

  • Contribute to the analysis of sales trends, campaign performance, and market feedback to support strategy optimization and customer engagement.
