Job Overview
As an eCommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales and category share targets by developing and executing winning strategies with our Nordics E-Commerce retail customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with local and regional teams to drive best-in-class digital execution and ensure seamless alignment and capability deployment between online and instore. A key focus of this role will be identifying growth opportunities to accelerate eCom in the Nordics as a critical must-win channel, leveraging data insights, digital retail media, and emerging shopper trends to unlock incremental sales and market share for Pet Nutrition in the Nordics. You will negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including pricing and campaign planning. You will also be responsible for internal forecasting and planning.
This role gives you the unique opportunity to shape and drive the strategy of E-Commerce for the Nordics while executing on the strong growth agenda.
Responsibilities
Deliver online sales and category share growth; Full ownership of the online P&L in the Nordics, driving commercial growth through annual negotiation planning, price and promo management, portfolio mix and trade terms.
Acceleration of E-Commerce: understands and is able to leverage the essential levers to accelerate E-
Commerce performance across critical E-commerce customers including Retail Media and Activation.
Develop a positive customer relationship and influence; Full responsibility for building and nurturing the external relationship with critical E-Commerce stakeholders externally (influence on short term execution and longer-term strategy). You will collaborate with the Nordics and the UK to deliver concrete initiatives and deploy strategy to the retailers.
Ability to build and negotiate an effective joint business plan collaborating across functions and bringing regional capability to best optimize trade spend (including Retail Media).
You will be an active team member of our Nordics and UK community, contributing to the broader eCom team and the Connected Commerce Community.
What do we look for:
Degree educated or equivalent.
Highly numerate and analytical, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Proven experience within E-commerce and Key Account Management, ideally within FMCG.
Thrives in a multi-functional business environment.
Strong organization skills – ability to prioritize, influence without authority and work both as an individual contributor and as part of the wider team.
