We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Finance Predictive Analytics Partner - FP&A, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our FP&A Predictive Solutions team. Collaborating closely with our FP&A Technology Transformation team, you will support driving the evolution of our Anaplan and data model assets, ensuring they align seamlessly with our Finance Technology FP&A strategy.

In this role, you will drive the deployment of AI-driven forecast solutions, continuously enhancing them to meet the evolving needs of our business. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to scalability, performance, and sustainability, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of business planning and forecasting experience, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of statistical management and modeling skills.
  • Solid financial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to translate FP&A future trends into actionable execution.
  • Excellent communication, partnering, and presentation skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Translate business performance into predictive solutions designed to enhance strategic decision making and the finance associate experience, aligning with Global Business Units and Regions.
  • Lead deployment waves of AI Driver Based Forecast Solutions, overseeing production runs and periodic interventions.
  • Collaboratively design enhancements and continuous improvements to the AI Driver Based Forecast Solution.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to scalability, performance, and sustainability of the solution, driving initiatives to address them.
  • Design and build predictive driver-based models, maintaining them based on business changes.
  • Configure and maintain impactful digital reports, incorporating predictive data and complex financial analysis into Reporting Dashboards on the data lake.
  • Collaborate with the Data Model team to ensure end-to-end solutions and sustainability.
  • Inform annual drivers and model review with Global Business Units and Regions, incorporating adjustments as needed.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 133,067.00 - USD 182,958.00
