Join Mars as a EM Operations Leader
Location: Slough, UK or Veghel, Netherlands

12 month fixed term contract

We're looking for a EM Operations Leader to join our European Supply team — someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values collaboration, and is passionate about making a real impact across our supply chain.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you're great at building relationships across teams.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Fluent in English.

  • A curiosity to learn, adapt, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with our External Manufacturers in Europe, proactively resolving challenges that could impact service.

  • Lead regular supplier performance meetings to ensure smooth and effective partnerships.

  • Oversee the implementation of new suppliers and new activities with existing suppliers.

  • Drive continuous improvement across service, cost, efficiency, and quality.

  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to keep things running smoothly.

  • Own the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, working closely with our Central Service Team to streamline processes.
