What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of technical experience in solution design and development for manufacturing, with expertise in data & analytics, MES, IoT, cloud, and edge components.
  • Background and experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, Edge computation, DevSecOps, Hybrid Clouds, and Enterprise Architecture, preferably with Azure certification.
  • Proficiency in diverse technical architectures across platforms like PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, DaaS, and IaaC.
  • Extensive technical skills covering:
    • Microsoft technologies; JAVA and J2EE; Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services (SOAP/REST/Microservices); Hadoop ecosystem; Linux environment; Relational (RDBMS) and Non-relational (NoSQL) databases; E-commerce and Mobile platforms; AWS cloud services; Containerization with Docker (Swarm, Kubernetes); Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis (master/slave/sentinel); CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, Rundeck, and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Proven experience in project implementation using Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
  • Proficiency in strategic processes such as Action Planning, Current State Analysis, Architecture Assessment, Customer and Market Analysis, Data Collection and Analysis, IT Data Management, Network/IT Security, Planning and Organizing, and Product Development.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML, GenAI, Data & Analytics Platforms.
  • In-depth experience architecting complex Azure/AWS public/private Cloud platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in application development, data, integration, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Experience in managing global environments involving multiple vendors and partners, treating technology solutions as digital products and platforms.
  • Proven track record of an innovative mindset, critical thinking, and technical leadership across various hardware and software development environments.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead as the technical design authority for digital manufacturing solutions, aligning technical strategy with execution across multiple domains.
  • Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints that optimize manufacturing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional Engineering and Manufacturing teams, as well as digital technology functions, to influence design decisions and drive scalable deployment.
  • Assess and deploy innovative tech and AI solutions, ensuring interoperability and scalability within Mars.
  • Maintain technology reference models and frameworks, guiding the development and implementation of business solutions.
  • Provide expertise on technical design viability, performance, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior Solution Architects and promote Architecture practices within the technical community.
