Job Description:
Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing commercial strategies in collaboration with the distributor, ensuring business continuity and growth. This role will focus on finalizing execution plans with major retail chains, optimizing brand presence at the point of sale, and guaranteeing the achievement of sales targets.
What are we looking for?
Support sales representatives, regional sales managers & merchandisers on leadership, category knowledge, execution guidelines to reach “Best in Class” availability at the point of purchase.
Act as a link with Sales to successfully implement Display Benchmark strategies, trade and consumer promotions, product launch and all other sales planning to maximize business potential in all channels.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support and implement brand strategies and plans to guarantee trade-spending efficiency while ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness in all distribution channels.
- Coordinate all trade and consumer activities implementation. Understands the market trend and local regulations to implement any kind of consumer or trade activities.
- Manages merchandising team. Ensure effective ways of working. Provide regular training and supervision to merchandisers. Responsible for updating sales materials (sales catalog, planograms, MAPS execution guide, etc).
- Guide sales team (key accounts, regional sales, etc) in providing an accurate forecast by providing analysis of sales trends, calendar of promotional activities etc. Follow up execution at POP’s by weekly trade visits. Develop all POP material (i.e. POP, racks, floor displays, premiums, etc.) for all distribution channels.
- Organize and maintain POP inventories for regular or promotional use. Follow up and evaluation of sales execution plans for new product or any promotional initiatives securing competitive speed to market and return of investment.
- Develop business reviews presentations for customers. Review and control price execution including (amount, channel & timing)
- Propose Brand’s promotional activities (aiming to growth) for key customers.
- Contribute to build a tight teamwork and partnership with marketing, regional sales managers & key account managers to ensure optimal sales execution.
- Closely work with key customers to increase understanding/closeness for growth and development.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor the execution of business plans, evaluating the impact on sales and the profitability of initiatives. Propose adjustments and improvements based on market insights.
