About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and motivated Product Manager to join our S/4HANA Finance & Risk Product Management team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of the overall product vision and strategy for the S/4HANA Financials product portfolio. Your mission will be to drive cross-functional projects, support portfolio planning, prepare strategic management sessions, and facilitate seamless execution across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Support: Assist in defining and driving the product strategy and roadmaps for the S/4HANA Financials portfolio. Support the alignment of product direction with market needs and customer insights.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that span multiple functional domains within S/4HANA Financials. Facilitate collaboration between Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Portfolio Planning: Contribute to portfolio planning efforts, ensuring that product initiatives align with strategic objectives and market trends.
  • Strategic Management Sessions: Prepare and facilitate strategic management sessions, workshops, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Collaborate with the product management team to gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring clear communication on product strategies and roadmaps balancing customer needs, technical constraints and business objectives
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer value.
  • Regional Empowerment: Equip regional representatives with the necessary tools, training materials, and resources to effectively roll out enhancements and new features.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in product management, strategic planning, or a related role, preferably within the enterprise software or finance domain.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP ERP cloud systems.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science engineering or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
