In this role, you will drive organizational maturity, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. Working across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance, you will influence strategic priorities, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support sustainable business growth. What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted partnerships across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and accelerate execution.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Drive portfolio prioritization and investment decisions, balancing business value, strategic objectives, organizational readiness, and delivery capacity.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives through execution, delivering sustainable business value and impact.
  • Drive organizational maturity by improving governance, decision-making, operating models, processes, and ways of working.
  • Deliver executive insights and performance intelligence that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change leader, strengthening organizational effectiveness and the adoption of new ways of working.

You Will Bring

  • Experience in Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related disciplines.
  • A proven track record of improving organizational effectiveness through governance, operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and operational capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation, agile delivery practices, and organizational change.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Drive meaningful transformation and organizational maturity across the business.
  • Work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions and gain broad exposure across the organization.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that improve customer outcomes, operational performance, and business effectiveness.
  • Help build scalable operating models and ways of working that enable sustainable success.

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 USD*

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
