Job Description

Shape the Future of Maersk Ground Freight Technology

Maersk Ground Freight Technology is evolving its capabilities, technology portfolio, and operating model to deliver a better experience for our customers, colleagues, and internal users. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst Coordinator to help shape the next phase of that transformation.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable solutions aligned to strategic objectives. Working across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance, you will identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and translate business needs into well-defined requirements, process improvements, and value-driven initiatives. You will support prioritization process to deliver incremental improvements that address immediate business needs while advancing scalable, efficient, and standardized technology solutions.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and creating meaningful impact within a global organization.

What We Offer

The team you will be joining values diverse perspectives, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset. We challenge conventional thinking and seek new ways to deliver better outcomes for our customers and colleagues.

Guided by Maersk's values of Constant Care, Humbleness, Uprightness, and Our Employees, we foster an environment where collaboration, learning, accountability, and mutual respect are central to how we work and support our customers, colleagues, and business.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical and coordination skills with a passion for technology and business improvement, and who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You are naturally curious, challenge conventional thinking, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer, operational, and business outcomes. You can translate those opportunities into practical, near-term initiatives that deliver value quickly while contributing to scalable, efficient, and standardized long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Identify business improvement opportunities, challenge existing processes and ways of working, and recommend technology-enabled solutions that drive measurable value.
  • Break down strategic opportunities and larger initiatives into actionable work items, enabling teams to deliver value incrementally while progressing toward scalable, efficient, and non-customized solutions.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and prioritization activities across multiple initiatives and teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements, solution design, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Support product backlogs, roadmap planning, and delivery execution by ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and action items, providing clear communication and status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams

    You Will Bring
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Technical Coordination, Product Delivery, Technology Transformation, Systems Implementation, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including customer onboarding, booking, execution, tracking, invoicing, and support processes.
  • Understanding of technology capabilities commonly used within logistics and transportation environments, including digital customer platforms, operational systems, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with system integration concepts and industry-standard integration methods, including APIs, EDI, event-based integrations, and data exchange between internal and external platforms.
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions and actionable delivery plans.
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, architects, and operational teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery practices, requirements management, testing, and change management.

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 USD*
