We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our global team.
This role will focus on supporting our Business Implementation, Technical, Asset Management, Modernization, and Growth functions, which include highly specialized areas such as heavy asset engineering, automation, operations, large-scale capital project management, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a business-oriented mindset, a passion for talent strategy, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
As a TA Partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical and often niche roles across our global operations. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, collaborating closely with People Business Partners to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing top talent through diverse channels, managing the candidate experience, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with legal and diversity standards. You will also be expected to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, leverage data to optimize recruitment outcomes, and stay current with industry trends and tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence APM Terminals’ growth trajectory while expanding your own professional capabilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: Extensive experience in internal recruitment, ideally in large international organizations. Working with heavy industry would be beneficial but not a necessity
- Strategic: Able to support and influence senior leaders (Director/VP level); carried out utilizing data to persuade and update key stakeholders.
- Global-minded: Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments across cultures; hiring experience in multiple geographies is preferred.
- Passionate: About business, people, and making a meaningful impact.
- Detail Oriented & Organized demonstrating ability to partner with internal and external parties, including global mobility, rewards, 3rd party agencies etc
- Ownership & Autonomy: while also adopting a collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
- Resilience: The change process, is anything but straightforward; accepting uncertainty and bouncing back from setbacks while keeping your enthusiasm is a tall order, but we need it.
- Communicative: Strong in both verbal and written English.
