We’re hiring a foundational team to engineer the core MIDAS platform — including a metadata-driven, contract-first Data Platform that enables governed ingestion, lineage, and discoverability across hundreds of internal systems. This is tightly integrated with our AI and ML capabilities: powering retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and full-lifecycle model management.

Overview:

Support MIDAS with tooling to enable data product teams: build CLI tools, internal dashboards, validation services, and observability interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build CLI automation and UI interfaces for pipeline onboarding and monitoring
• Integrate with OpenMetadata/DataHub APIs for programmatic metadata ingestion
• Work on lightweight services for schema validation, tagging, and documentation scaffolding
• Contribute to GitOps setup and developer experience automation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of software/platform engineering experience
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Shell), API development, basic front-end (React optional)
• Exposure to containerization, AWS IAM roles, GitHub Actions
• Familiar with internal devex tooling, observability, and self-service experiences
