PURPOSE OF ROLE
Analyse allocated customer disputes by reviewing shipment history and upstream data. Evaluate each case to accept, clarify, or reject, coordinating with stakeholders if needed. Process updates as per SOP, communicate outcomes, and record the root cause.
Responsibilities
- Having proven experience in stakeholder management, handling both internal and external global stakeholders.
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills (voice/accent exposure being an added advantage
- Showing a customer-first mindset, owning issues end-to-end (E2E).
- Understanding customer requirements and driving positive outcomes through root cause analysis, liaising with cross-functional teams.
- Having experience working with SAP / CRM systems (being an added advantage).
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining a professional standard in grammar and articulation
Qualifications:
- JL3 - Graduate + Experience: in 5 - 7 yrs.
Experience interacting with global stakeholders (internal & external).
Strong comprehension and written communication
