Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior Generative AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and solutions, particularly focusing on generative AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative AI-driven products and services, driving AI initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives, product managers, and stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and systems.
• Make architectural decisions and ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness of AI solutions.
• Manage the full AI project lifecycle from research and prototyping to production deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to team skill development.
• Drive innovation by incorporating cutting-edge AI research and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning & Deep Learning with expertise in neural networks, optimization techniques and model evaluation.
• Having led projects with LLMs, Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, Hugging Face transformers, MLOps.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning and multi-agent systems for decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI (integrating text, image, other data modalities into unified models.

• Experience in AI solution architecture and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, business facing environment and lead AI initiatives
