
Sales Support Specialist (German-speaking)

Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, with over a century of experience shaping international trade. As part of our growth in Warsaw, we are looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join our Global Service Centre.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution of commercial processes and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales teams through standard channels, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, supporting long-term satisfaction and retention
- Manage and coordinate customer requests, quotations, and commercial activities
- Assist with contract renewals and tender processes, ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicate service updates and pricing changes to customers
- Resolve customer queries and challenges, working with internal stakeholders where needed
- Support reporting, data management, and administrative activities
- Assist with escalations, disputes, and follow-ups to ensure smooth resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Global Service Centre and Area Sales
What we’re looking for
- Fluent German & English (mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar operational role (2–4 years preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
