Job Description
To lead E2E MCL organization for MCL with full responsibility for the region, including P&L accountability, cost ownership and customer experience, for delivering operation excellence in the assigned region. Ensure the achievement of established business targets. Build a high performing team and manage, coach and provide leadership for this team. This, including supervision of operations procedures and commercial activities including new business development and implementation. Drive continuous improvement across the Region.
P&L Ownership
•Create and deliver on the MCL Strategy for the region
•Drive all the financial metrics for all the MCL Products (WND, Cold Store, MM and E-fulfilment) in the region
•Review commercial pipeline management and drive topline growth.
Review Investment decisions and follow up on the same
•Growth target setting and follow-up
Drive Operational outcomes
• Ensure Operations team drives proactive customer support for a seamless customer experience in cross-functional teams, and across the region
• Mobilize stakeholders, including vendors and across functions, to take necessary actions to improve delivery experience according to strategy.
• Drive Standards & Operational Excellence through standardization
• Drive transformational agenda toward digitalization and standardization
Develop and sustain a capable organization
• Build a capable and engaged team with strong knowledge of MCL products and local markets
• Coach and develop the regional MCL leadership team
• Manage performance and ensure targets are met
• Accountable to own, create, maintain and test a business continuity plan for critical customer processes in all products in scope. Orchestrate all local functions towards delivering customer critical services in the event of an incident

•Staffing and development of local team
Critical Competencies:
Strong working experience in Contract Logisitics, Warehousing, 3PL. Ability to drive growth agenda and own it.
Experienced & strategic people leader.
